Rob's Vacation Crab Cakes

  • 1 lb crab (fresh if possible)
  • 2 handful ritz crackers
  • 1 egg beaten
  • mayonaise - 4 spoonfuls
  • dijon mustard - 1 spoonful
  • worchestershire sauce - 1 spoonful
  • salt and pepper

 

 

Mix together all ingredients, form in to patties, and fry on medium heat for 4 minutes a side or until firm. Enjoy

Ben Taylor's Wonton Soup

  • 1/2 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 1 t sesame oil
  • 1 T chopped scallions
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1 T water
  • 65 wonton skins
  • 1 qt Chicken broth


Mix all Ingredients except skins and broth

Put 1 t meat mixture on each skin. Moisten edges with water and form a tight triangle (see video)

Cook in broth for 8-10 minutes
