Rob's Vacation Crab Cakes
- 1 lb crab (fresh if possible)
- 2 handful ritz crackers
- 1 egg beaten
- mayonaise - 4 spoonfuls
- dijon mustard - 1 spoonful
- worchestershire sauce - 1 spoonful
- salt and pepper
Mix together all ingredients, form in to patties, and fry on medium heat for 4 minutes a side or until firm. Enjoy

Ben Taylor's Wonton Soup
- 1/2 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1 t sesame oil
- 1 T chopped scallions
- 1 t salt
- 1 T sugar
- 1 T water
- 65 wonton skins
- 1 qt Chicken broth
Mix all Ingredients except skins and broth
Put 1 t meat mixture on each skin. Moisten edges with water and form a tight triangle (see video)
Cook in broth for 8-10 minutes
