Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white grape or other fruit juice concentrate
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 orange peeled ( or 1 small tangerine)
- big handful of washed spinach
- double handful of ice
- optional - 1 scoop protein powder.
Blend in your vita-mix on slow then increase speed
